KENNY WING TAO HO
Kenny Wing Tao Ho is a renowned dancer, artist and choreographer working in dance, theatre and film. His work spans a career of over 12 years, performing, teaching and choreographing internationally.
Kenny’s work a director and choreographer has been presented internationally including commissions by Xie Xin Dance Theatre, NAFA School of Arts, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. His recent works include ARRIVAL and Pigs in Heaven for YAK Dance, WALLS for HKAPA, Flowers of Ruin for the Greater Bay Area Festival, TELLUS and Twice Born for Dickson Mbi & Scottish Ballet (as associate choreographer).
In 2025, Kenny co-founded YAK Dance with Yeji Kim to create groundbreaking dance and film work sharing important messages about integrity and the human experience. At the end of 2025, they premiered their latest work ARRIVAL and the film Pigs In Heaven, to critical acclaim in Shanghai.
Kenny trained in contemporary dance and graduated from London Contemporary Dance School with a Bachelor of Arts with First-Class Honours. Kenny was born in Mansfield, England to Cantonese and Hakka Chinese parents. He began dancing by copying moves from You Got Served and breakdancing with the Neo Angelos crew. His early career includes standout performances such as Abide With Me, at the London 2012 Olympics with Akram Khan, Ours with Just Us Dance Theatre, and Border Tales with Luca Silvestrini, setting the stage for a prolific career collaborating with leading dance and theatre companies Hofesh Shechter Company, Gecko Theatre, and Protein Dance.

At the heart of Kennys work is the need for authentic expression. His commitment to authenticity and the unconventional allows him to creates playful and safe environments, to ask questions, create meaningful movement, and explore the human experience.
